SWEDISH: Releases tension and helps destress your body with slow relaxing strokes

THERAPEUTIC: A Swedish Massage combined with a variety of detailed strokes to

HEALING TOUCH: A Swedish Massage combined with a Reiki Treatment.
HOT STONE: Penetrating heat from smooth, oiled, heated stones which are used to
relieve tense and sore muscles. This is combined with Swedish techniques to create
an unforgettable thoroughly relaxing experience!
SPORTS: Caters to the athlete & non-athlete with a specific injury, such as hamstring or
quad injuries, carpal tunnel, plantar fasciitis, shin splints, golfers or tennis elbow.
CANCER: A slower and gentler version of a Swedish Massage to help your body re-
lax and heal especially while receiving chemotherapy or radiation.
CUPPING: Special cups are placed on the body over areas of tension. A hand pump
is used to create a vacuum. Movement is used to rmimic massage strokes which is
sedating to the nervous system. It can resemble deep tissue massage as it releases tension and tight muscles without the discomfort of deep pressure. Can be added to any massage free of charge.
REIKI: An ancient Japanese hands on healing. Helps balance your body on all levels.Gives
